I have witnessed 54 so far…
Jesus said for us to watch (Luke 21:36) for His second coming. He told us that no one would know the day or the hour (Matthew 24:36), but He said we would know when it was right at the door (Mark 13:29). We would know its right at the door because the signs will tell us it is coming.
Jesus said, “Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors!” (Matthew 24:32-33)
Paul echoes this teaching. He wrote, “But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief” (1 Thess 5:4 NKJV). Those who are watching, awake, and alert will not be surprised. Why? Because we will see the signs pointing to the reality.
People have been saying that the Lord would return during their life time since the beginning of the Church, but notice what the Lord says. “…when you see all these things…” The end would not be near if there was one sign here and one sign there, but all of these signs would be taking place at the same time.
There are not necessarily any signs that the Rapture is about to take place, but we know it will happen seven years or more before the 2nd Coming of Christ. So when all the signs begin and are in progress we should be lifting up our heads and looking for our redemption.
“When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near” (Luke 21:28).

21) Global Communication
“For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial. The inhabitants of the earth will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts,because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth” (Revelation 11:9-10).
22) Desire for World Peace
“While people are saying, ‘Peace and safety,’destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.” (1 Thessalonians 5:3).
23) The signs would begin slow and continue to increase in frequency and strength.

24) There will be a move toward world government. When the world power comes into being it will be for a very short time.

25) Technology would be at a level where global world economics will be tracked at the individual level.
“It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name” (Revelation 13:16-17).

26) Ethnic Strife
“For nation (ethnicity) will rise against nation (ethnicity)…” (Mathew 13:8a)
27) The Arabs and neighbors would be united against Israel and work to destroy her.
“They have said, ‘Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation,
That the name of Israel may be remembered no more.’
For they have consulted together with one consent;
They form a confederacy against You:
The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites;
Moab and the Hagrites;
Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek;

I believe Psalm 83 was fulfilled mainly during all the wars with Israel’s neighbors in 1948 and 1967.
28) Russia will be allied with Iran, Libya, and Ethiopia among others.
“Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords. Persia [Iran], Ethiopia [includes Sudan], and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; Gomer [Turkey] and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you” (Ezekiel 38:3-6).
29) Humanity will be destroying the Earth.
“The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, And the time of the dead, that they should be judged, And that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, And those who fear Your name, small and great, And should destroy those who destroy the earth” (Revelation 11:18).
30) A move toward one world religion.
“All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world” (Revelation 13:8).
31) Drug use would be an epidemic world wide.
“And they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries [drug use] or their sexual immorality or their thefts.” (Revelation 9:21)
32) The love of many will wax cold.
“And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold” (Matthew 24:12).

If one man’s blood (Abel) cried out to God from the ground and brought God’s judgement against Cain, what do you think is going to happen with the blood of 1.5+ billion innocent babies crying out to God? That number keeps growing every day.
33) People will blaspheme Jesus saying all kinds of harsh things, be grumblers and complainers, and play politics to get an advantage.
“Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him. These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage” (Jude 1:14-16).
34) The fact that God destroyed the Earth during Noah’s day will be denied purposely.
“But they [the mockers that would come in the latter days] deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed” (2 Peter 3:5-6).
35) The rich would horde more and more wealth in the last days and abuse the laborers.
“Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming on you. Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days. Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter. You have condemned and murdered the innocent one, who was not opposing you” (James 5:1-6).

Who can stand against his freezing cold?” (Psalm 147:17)

“I will summon a sword against Gog on all my mountains, declares the Sovereign Lord. Every man’s sword will be against his brother. I will execute judgment on him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him” (Ezekiel 38:21-22).
“I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be destroyed by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth” (Genesis 9:11).
“Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life. Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth” (Genesis 9:14-16).
God will never destroy all life again by flood waters, but in verse 14 we see that God will bring clouds and rain. I believe local floods are a reminder of God’s judgement in the great flood during Noah’s time. I believe they are a sign of impending judgement, but God will not destroy all life again by a world wide flood.
40) Fearful Events: Droughts

“Now I will tell you
what I am going to do to my vineyard:
I will take away its hedge,
and it will be destroyed;
I will break down its wall,
and it will be trampled.
I will make it a wasteland,
neither pruned nor cultivated,
and briers and thorns will grow there.

not to rain on it” (Isaiah 5:5-6).
41) Fearful Events: Beasts of the Earth

“Hear the word of the Lord, You children of Israel, For the Lord brings a charge against the inhabitants of the land: There is no truth or mercy Or knowledge of God in the land. By swearing and lying, Killing and stealing and committing adultery, They break all restraint, With bloodshed upon bloodshed. Therefore the land will mourn; And everyone who dwells there will waste away With the beasts of the field And the birds of the air; Even the fish of the sea will be taken away” (Hosea 4:1-3).
“‘I will utterly consume everything
From the face of the land,’
Says the Lord;
‘I will consume man and beast;
I will consume the birds of the heavens,
The fish of the sea,
And the stumbling blocks along with the wicked.
I will cut off man from the face of the land,’
Says the Lord” (Zephaniah 1:2-3).
42) Human aging and death
Science has unlocked the mystery of aging and death. We know why and how we die. All that has to be done is develop techniques to stop it.
God put death into place because of sin, and God numbers the days of each person according to His will. Just after the fall of humanity into sin we see a text that directly addresses this issue.
“And the Lord God said, ‘The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever’” (Genesis 3:22).
“A person’s days are determined;
you have decreed the number of his months
and have set limits he cannot exceed” (Job 14:5).
43) Humanity has filled the earth and subdued it.
In Genesis 1:28, God told the human race, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
Humanity has filled the whole earth and we have subdued it. We have fulfilled God’s command.
There are currently 7.2+ billion people on the Earth, and we have filled the entire globe. We have fulfilled and completed what God told us to do.
44) Loud Noises
“There were lightning’s, loud noises, and thunder. The earth shook very much. It shook more than it had ever shaken since people have been on earth” (Revelation 16:18).
“…the Lord Almighty will come
with thunder and earthquake and great noise,
with windstorm and tempest and flames of a devouring fire” (Isaiah 29:6).
45) Sound of Horns from the Sky
“On the morning of the third day there was thunder and lightning, with a thick cloud over the mountain, and a very loud trumpet blast. Everyone in the camp trembled. Then Moses led the people out of the camp to meet with God, and they stood at the foot of the mountain. Mount Sinai was covered with smoke, because the Lord descended on it in fire. The smoke billowed up from it like smoke from a furnace, and the whole mountain trembled violently. As the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke and the voice of God answered him” (Exodus 19:16-19).
“When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them… Then the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared to sound them” (Revelation 8:1-2, 6).
“Blow the trumpet in Zion, And sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the Lord is coming, For it is at hand” (Joel 2:1).
46) The Spirit of God poured out… prophesy, dreams, and visions.
“And it shall come to pass afterward
That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your old men shall dream dreams,
Your young men shall see visions.” (Joel 2:28)
God poured out the Holy Spirit on all believers of Jesus (Jew and Gentile) and has done so since Peter and the other Apostles began preaching the truth to a lost world. That generation prophesied and the Bible was prepared for the Church. They had dreams and saw visions.
Here at the latter times as Christ is about to come we see believers dreaming and seeing visions in abudance. The Lord God is speaking to His people and prophesy is coming forth. All things must be tested by the Bible as the Apostles told us (Acts 17:11, 1 John 4:1).
I know these things are true because I have been given dreams and visions from the Lord from the time I was 3 years old linked specifically to the 2nd Coming of Christ. The Lord has spoken directly to me in various ways.
47) God will judge the nations for what they have done to Israel throughout history and the fact they divided up Israel’s land.
“In those days and at that time,
when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,
I will gather all nations
and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat.
There I will put them on trial
for what they did to my inheritance, my people Israel,
because they scattered my people among the nations
and divided up my land” (Joel 3:1-2).
The nations continue to work on dividing up the promised land with the peace treaties to establish two nations (Palestine and Israel) on the land God gave to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel).
The promised land is much bigger than the little sliver of land where modern Israel resides.
48) The Good News of Jesus preached to all nations.
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come” (Matthew 24:14).
49) The name of the Lord Jesus is great among the Gentiles across the entire Earth.
“For from the rising of the sun, even to its going down,
My name shall be great among the Gentiles;
In every place incense shall be offered to My name,
And a pure offering;
For My name shall be great among the nations,”
Says the Lord of hosts” (Malachi 1:11).
50) Jesus will be a light to the Gentiles
“It is too small a thing for you to be my servant to restore the tribes of Jacob and bring back those of Israel I have kept. I will also make you a light for the Gentiles, that my salvation may reach to the ends of the earth” (Isaiah 49:6).
51) Blood Red Waters
“Then the second angel poured out his bowl on the sea, and it became blood as of a dead man; and every living creature in the sea died. Then the third angel poured out his bowl on the rivers and springs of water, and they became blood” (Revelation 16:3-4).
52) People will build underground bunkers in an attempt to find safety.
“‘And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb!'” (Revelation 6:15-16)
53) Image of the beast given life (Technology)
“Because of the signs it [the second beast] was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast, it deceived the inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that the image could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed” (Revelation 13:14-15).
Of course, I don’t believe Michael Jackson is the beast. This is just an example of the technology that exists that can be used to setup an image of someone and give it “life” so that the image can speak and cause all who refuse to worship the image to be killed.
Think about that in relation to the advances in artificial intelligence.
54) Plant life shall perish and wither (including trees)
“The vine has dried up,
And the fig tree has withered;
The pomegranate tree,
The palm tree also,
And the apple tree—
All the trees of the field are withered;
Surely joy has withered away from the sons of men” (Joel 1:12).
