I found this video interesting concerning the 24 elders John saw in Heaven.  He wrote about them in the book of Revelation.

I do agree that the 24 elders represent the complete Church that is taken to heaven prior to the Tribulation period when God’s wrath is poured out upon the Earth.  They are clothed in white, have received their rewards, and are ruling with Jesus just as He said.
