Signs of Change (July 2015)

Posted on August 8, 2015 by Daniel Silas

I do not endorse nor support SOTT (due to their bias and subjective propaganda), but they have informative Earth change videos for each month.

If you have not repented of your sin and believed in Jesus Christ for your salvation…. today is the day to do so.

The City of Gath (Archaeology)

Posted on August 5, 2015 by Daniel Silas

The gates of the city of Gath have been discovered in Israel by archaeologists. It is well known as the home of Goliath, the giant slain by David.  We see Gath mentioned in 1 Samuel 17.

“Then Goliath, a Philistine champion from Gath, came out of the Philistine ranks to face the forces of Israel” (1 Samuel 17:4a).

The Bible continues to be proven as true and accurate.

Should We Have Faith in Science?

Posted on July 28, 2015 by Daniel Silas

I found this article very interesting in light of my views on the current state of the scientific community and the science fields.  I look forward to further installments.  Here is a quote.

“As a scientist, I am increasingly appalled and even shocked at what passes for science. It has become a mix of good science, bad science, creative story-telling, science fiction, scientism (atheism dressed up as science), citation-bias, huge media announcements followed by quiet retractions, massaging the data, exaggeration for funding purposes, and outright fraud all rolled up together. In some disciplines, the problem has become so rampant that the “good science” part is drowning in a mess of everything else.” – Kirk Durston

Time Travelers of the Bible – Gary Stearman

Posted on July 27, 2015 by Daniel Silas

Part 2 here.

As YouTube has censored SkywatchTV News and Derek Gilbert, you can find them on Rumble and their website. They have some really great news items, but I will have to try to find new links for these as I get time.

24 Elders of Revelation

Posted on July 23, 2015 by Daniel Silas

I found this video interesting concerning the 24 elders John saw in Heaven.  He wrote about them in the book of Revelation.

Part 2 here.

As always, I don’t necessarily agree with or endorse everything Alan Horvath or anyone else teaches even though I may share their videos or link to their websites.  Test everything by the scriptures and study it out for yourself.

I do agree that the 24 elders represent the complete Church that is taken to heaven prior to the Tribulation period when God’s wrath is poured out upon the Earth.  They are clothed in white, have received their rewards, and are ruling with Jesus just as He said.

Here are some other articles I have put together in regard to the Rapture and end times.

The Rainbow

Posted on June 30, 2015 by Daniel Silas

The rainbow is a sign from God… of His covenant with man post judgement and absolute devastation of this planet due to wickedness… not something to be used to represent or celebrate sin.

“This is the sign of the covenant which I make between Me and you… I set My rainbow in the cloud… the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh” (Genesis 9:12-15).

world-fire

All these years later…

“For this they willfully forget: that by the word of God… the world that then existed perished, being flooded with water. But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men” (2 Peter 3: 5-7).

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil…” (Isaiah 5:20)

Return of the Star of Bethlehem?

Star Of Bethlehem — Closest Highly Visible Conjunction Of Venus & Jupiter In 2000 Years On June 30, 2015

“After an absence of roughly 2000 years the Star of Bethlehem may soon be making a return to our night skies on June 30, 2015 — to be more specific Venus and Jupiter will be making their tightest highly visible conjunction in nearly two millennia.

The reference to the Star of Bethlehem is with regard to the fact that there was a very similar ultratight conjunction between the two — and close by the star Regulus (as this one will be), and high up in the sky (as this will be as well) — in 3-2 BC. Some astronomers have in the past speculated that this earlier conjunction is what the “Star of Bethlehem” referred to.”
