Is Social Justice the New Gospel?

The good works of Christians should be motivated by love alone. Division, accusation, and guilt are not of the Spirit.

The Social Justice Gospel is a insidious, political left movement (in America) that seeks to divide the American evangelical church for political gain (from the inside). The movement should be rejected along with the rest of the false teachers. Dr. Andy Wood examines and discusses the subject in this video.

I have been very concerned about this for a while, and I see it creeping into local churches.  Seeing the video that Dr. Woods plays during his discussion shows a number of questionable, liberal Christian leaders parroting Democrat propaganda.

“Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 3).

Is Genesis History? (Documentary)

I watched this documentary on Netflix today.  I recommend it as I think it was very good, and a film to promote the discussion of origins, the corruption of science, and intelligent design.  While I don’t necessarily agree with every single point in the film, I liked it.  Here is the trailer.

Reaching Out to Muslims

My heart is for all people, tongues, tribes, and nations to come to truly understand the good news about Jesus Christ (Yahushua ha Mashiach).  He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).   Jesus is love and in Him we can have a relationship with our Creator.  Blessed is His name forever.  Those lost within the darkness of Islam can be freed by Jesus, just as all of us can be free from the deception of this world.

The City of David & The Temple (Bob Cornuke)

The location of the Temple of Solomon and 2nd Temple is a very important subject, which I have found interesting for some time.  I take the position based on the historical and archaeological evidence that the current “Temple Mount” complex was the Roman Fort Antonia and that the actual temple was located to the south, connected to the City of David.  The temple can be located by its connection to the Gihon spring area.

Respectful discussion and debate are important when it comes to differing opinions.  I found this Forge episode with Bob Cornuke very interesting.  It is a response to another show with Randall Price that criticized Bob’s work.
